Has Pawan Kalyan lost the popularity among his fans? The craze that he used to have a year ago is no longer the same? These questions arise as his recent press meets are getting lukewarm response from his fans.
To know this, Ram Gopal Varma who has been criticizing Pawan Kalyan for his lack of clarity on many issues had conducted a poll on twitter handle. "Honestly speaking isn't Pawan Kalyan progressively disappointing after Jana Sena launch speech?" - he posed this query to his followers on twitter and asked them to vote in.
Surprisingly, nearly ten thousand members have participated in the poll and voted in. Majority of them agreed with Ram Gopal Varma's view. About 66 % of voters have said that Pawan Kalyan has disappointed them.
General perception is that Pawan Kalyan is not talking with his heart and mind but trying to be diplomatic or backing up Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu blindly.
Pawan Kalyan's recent press meets and tweets on the Kapu agitation alienated majority of his fans from him, political pundits have observed. Ram Gopal Varma also concludes that by tweeting, "This proves that even Pawan Kalyan fans are not liking Pawan Kalyan."
