They waited for Dasara with candles in their eyes for months together with a hope that they would get plum nominated posts in TRS government.
The festival was gone and they didn't get anything. TRS leaders have now pinned their hopes on Diwali falling on November 11,
But they are again for a setback with party leadership sending signals that no nominated posts will be given till bypolls for Warangal Lok Sabha and Narayankhed Assembly are completed on November 21.
The party leadership feels that any appointments at this stage would trigger discontent among those who fail to secure posts and they try to sabotage TRS and work for Opposition parties.
The party leadership wants to give posts based on the performance of leaders in bypolls.
On the other hand, the disgruntled chota-mota leaders of TRS are losing patience having waited for over 16 months since party coming to power.
They are angry that they already lost crores of rupees working for TRS since 2001 during T-agitation period and there is an urgency to cover these losses at the eariest.
Since 16 months have already passed, they are hardly left with another 40 months to enjoy posts and earn money, the TRS party leadership should no more delay the things any further.
