Naidu Still Blames It On Bifurcation!

Naidu Still Blames It On Bifurcation!

It's nearly one and a half years since the erstwhile united Andhra Pradesh State was bifurcated to form separate Telangana State.

The dust has settled down and there was ample time for both the States to focus on development, as they have implemented separate budgets for two years.

Yet, AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu continues to while away time by blaming it on the bifurcation blues for the poor financial position of the State.

Addressing the party functionaries at Tirupati on Friday, Naidu once again harped on the great injustice done to the State due to bifurcation of united Andhra Pradesh.

“The State was left with a deficit budget. All efforts are being made to increase the revenue of the State, I am striving for all round development of the State despite the deficit budget,” Naidu said.

He, however, was careful in not attacking the Centre for not releasing adequate funds, leave alone special package, for the development of the State as was promised in the AP Bifurcation Act.
