If at all there is one leader who can freely use choicest words to attack anybody in power, he is Communist Party of India leader K Narayana.
Of late, he has not lost any opportunity to attack Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union minister M Venkaiah Naidu in strongest words with regard to denial of special category status to Andhra Pradesh.
Particularly, he is targeting Venkaiah for allegedly cheating the people by promising to secure special category status and then backtracking on the same.
“Venkaiah always moves around with snow-white lungi and claims that he is the cleanest politician. But actually, he does not have any material in that lungi,” he said in the past.
And a couple of days ago, Narayana himself wore a lungi to take pot shots at Venkaiah and said if the union minister continues to cheat the people in the name of special package, the people would not allow him to wear even that lungi.
“There will be nothing left for him except cut-drawer,” he said.
The CPI leader, however, showed soft corner towards AP chief minister and TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu.
“Modi has denied special category status to Andhra Pradesh only to deny credit to Chandrababu Naidu in developing the state, so that the BJP would grow independently. “Modi has made Chandrababu a bakra,” Narayana said.
