Telangana Telugu Desam leaders today complained to Governor ESL Narasimhan that inefficiency of the KCR government was resulting in suicides by farmers in the State.
Talking to mediapersons at Raj Bhavan after calling on the Governor, TDP leaders L Ramana, Ravula Chandrashekhar Reddy, Errabelli Dayakar Rao and others said they sought Governor’s intervention to prevent recurrence of suicides.
The TD leaders also sought removal of Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy at whose behest their office in Nalgonda was set on fire and vehicles were damaged.
They also demanded arrest of TRS MLAs, including Jupally Krishna Rao and Prabhakar Reddy for provoking attacks.
While Education Minister G Jagadish Reddy provoked the TRS men to attack the TD leaders and set their office ablaze, former minister Jupally Krishna Rao from Hyderabad sent wrong messages to people that the TD caused power crisis in the State.
The TRS leaders are provoking people against the TD to attack their leaders and vehicles, they charged.
The TD leaders alleged that their seized vehicles were also damaged at the behest of TRS MLA Prabhakar Reddy.
