Mahesh's Uncle Donates Land To YSRC?

Mahesh's Uncle Donates Land To YSRC?

YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy has at last commenced the work to shift his party headquarters from Hyderabad to Amaravati, the new capital of Andhra Pradesh.

Last week, he silently laid foundation stone for the party office in a two-acre land at Tadepalli on Vijayawada-Guntur road, closer to Velagapudi where the Andhra secretariat is now operating.

He is also trying for some more area for the party office so that there is enough space for it, since he is of the view that it requires a larger area once the party comes to power in the next elections.

According to sources, the two-acre land is part of the four-acre agriculture land belonging to Ghattamaneni Adiseshagiri Rao, film producer and former AP Film Development Corporation chairman.

And everybody knows he is the brother of yester-years’ superstar Krishna, father of present top Tollywood hero Mahesh Babu. It is learnt Jagan had assured to give the MP seat to Adiseshagiri Rao in the next elections.

Right from the beginning, Krishna and his brothers had been Congress supporters and had close relationship with late chief minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy. However, Krishna’s son-in-law Galla Jayadev and his mother (former minister) Galla Aruna Kumari have joined the Telugu Desam Party before 2014 elections.

In fact, Mahesh Babu campaigned for his brother-in-law Jayadev in the last elections and got him elected as Guntur MP. Mahesh Babu even participated in the developmental activities of the TDP government in Jayadev’s constituency.

Now, the question is whether Mahesh Babu will campaign for the TDP to get Jayadev elected in the next elections or support his uncle Adiseshagiri Rao, who will contest on YSRC ticket. Watch out!
