Lokesh's Counter Campaign Against Jagan Flops!

Lokesh's Counter Campaign Against Jagan Flops!

With the campaign launched by YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy among the youth and general public with his district-wise conventions and through social media on the demand for special category status and meek surrender of AP chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu to the Centre to accept the special financial package receiving tremendous response, the Telugu Desam Party is becoming jittery.

Apparently, Naidu is learnt to have instructed his party leadership to launch a counter campaign both openly and also through social media.

His son Nara Lokesh took up the responsibility to take up the anti-Jagan campaign on the social media like twitter and facebook.

He kicked off his campaign with the hashtage #expelJagan in both formats of social media.

On Friday, Lokesh tweeted: “This man goes to colleges, preaches values, and leaves to attend courts on corruption charges. What an irony. #expelJagan.”

The TDP general secretary has over one lakh followers, but even after 20 hours, his tweet could get only 80 likes and 32 retweets.

He also launched the campaign on the official Facebook page of the TDP with the comment: “He preaches but doesn't follow. He is not quite the role model our younger generations need. #ExpelJagan” But this also received a very poor response from the TDP followers.

Simultaneously, Lokesh also posted a video attacking Jagan, but it also hardly has any takers. Instead of waging this cyber war, it is better Lokesh, too, start addressing youth conventions and public meetings to explain the benefits of special package vis-à-vis special category status.

And let the people decide who is right and who is wrong!
