Opposition parties have raked up 'nativity issue' of Telangana CM K Chandrasekhar Rao's son and IT minister K T Rama Rao in the run up to the Warangal by-poll to counter the attack of TRS on Congress and BJP candidates.
TRS is terming Congress candidate Sarve Satyanarayana and BJP candidate Devaiah as 'non-locals' saying that Sarve resides in Hydeerabad and Devaiah in an NRI, who shuttles between USA and India.
To counter this, the Opposition members are targeting KTR on the same nativity issue.
TTDP working president A Revanth Reddy said KTR is not even eligible for peon or attender post in Telangana as he is a 'non-local'.
He said KTR pursued school education in Guntur, higher education in Pune and job in US.
"As per GO 610, KTR is not eligible even to apply for peon or attender post in Telangana. But his father has given him cabinet minister post in his cabinet. What moral right the TRS has to point fingers at others," Revanth said.
Sarve Satyanarayana said KCR's daugther Kavita too pursued education and job in US but contested for Nizamabad Lok Sabha seat though he is not a local of Nizamabad.
