KCR Desperate To Sell Lands For Funds

Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao seems to be in a desperate situation to mobilise funds for his fancy programmes like construction of skyscrapers, multi-layer flyovers and extension of Metro Rail etc.

Since raising of funds through regular budget is not possible to meet the demand, the Chief Minister is left with only option to sell the government lands in and around city.

He is presently in the process of identifying the government lands by taking up aerial survey once in a week.

On Sunday, KCR conducted an aerial survey in Hyderabad and Ranga Reddy districts to take stock of the lands, roads, junctions and forest lands for taking up many development activities.

Earlier, he made a similar visit to Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar and Ranga Reddy districts a few days ago, is on the mission to find out lands available.

The Chief Minister made a visit to Harini Deer Park near Vanasthalipuram. The Chief Minister is focusing on easing frequent traffic problems in the twin cities and adjoining Ranga Reddy district, causing more pollution.

KCR is making field level visits to find facts related to the lands, roads and junctions which may get some facelift in the near future.
