Attacks and counter-attacks among political leaders are very common and sometimes, interesting comments made by the leaders make interesting news for the media and the readers.
Telangana Rashtra Samithi MP from Nizamabad Kalwakuntla Kavitha has mastered the art of throwing political satires and taking pot shots at political rivals.
The other day, Kavitha sought to belittle Congress MLA from Gadwal D K Aruna, who has been fighting for making Gadwal as new district.
Reacting strongly to Aruna’s challenge to chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for a debate on reorganisation of districts, Kavitha said: “There is a Bommali in Gadwal, who is creating nuisance in the district. It is better she confines herself to Gadwal fort and takes rest there.”
Aruna is too strong and senior leader who cannot keep quiet. She gave it back to Kavitha: “If I am Bommali of Gadwal, who is Pasupathi? Is it your father? Go and ask him.”
Well, there is no reverse comment from Kavitha, but both the statements made interesting news to the media!
