Despite the High Court issuing a stay order on Roja’s suspension from the Assembly, it is a fact that she is being denied entry into the Assembly.
But strangely, Agriculture Minister Prathipati Pulla Rao finds fault with YS Jagan and accuses the latter of not showing respect to the judiciary. Apparently, YS Jagan was asked to attend the Assembly proceedings on Monday to discuss the court order on Roja.
Jagan refused to do so as he felt that the order clearly meant that Roja should be allowed into the Assembly. This refusal by Jagan according to Pulla Rao constitutes disrespect for the judiciary.
When the High Court has given an order, it is the TDP that is refusing to honor it. They are the ones not showing respect to the judiciary. And then they have the shamelessness to accuse YS Jagan about it.
