All India Congress Committee general secretary and party in-charge of Andhra Pradesh and Telagnana affairs Digvijay Singh seems to be growing insane as he is getting old.
On Monday, Digvijay made strange allegations against the Telangana police stating that they were encouraging Muslim youths to join Islamic terrorist group ISIS.
He tweeted that the Telangana police had set up a bogus ISIS site which is radicalising Muslim youth and encouraging them to become ISIS modules.
“It was on their their information that MP police arrested accused who were responsible for the bomb blast in train in Shajapur District of MP. It also resulted in Saifullaha encounter in Kanpur the same day,” he alleged.
He went on to allege that KCR had authorised the police to trap Muslim youth and send them to the ISIS.
“Is it ethical? Is it moral? Has KCR authorised Telangana Police to trap Muslim Youths and encourage them to join ISIS? If he hasn't, then shouldn't he enquire and punish those who are responsible for committing such a heinous crime? If he has then shouldn't he own the responsibility and resign?” Digvijay asked.
Telangana minister for information technology and industries K T Rama Rao, son of KCR, demanded that the Congress leaders withdraw his comments unconditionally.
“Most irresponsible & reprehensible thing coming from a former CM. Request you to withdraw these comments unconditionally or provide evidence,” KTR tweeted.
It looks like Digvijay Singh made these comments out of frustration, as it was only on Sunday that he was removed from the post of AICC in-charge of Goa and Karnataka states.
