Telangana Telugu Desam party floor leader in the Assembly Errabelli Dayakar Rao, who had made a desperate bid to join the Telangana Rashtra Samithi in the past, still wants to maintain good relations with Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao, ostensibly to remove any hurdles in his path in the coming years.
It was evident from his statement on Friday. Errabelli said he did not have any differences with the Chief Minister.
“There was no clash between me and the CM as it was reported in a section of media”, he told mediapersons on the Assembly lobbies.
Errabelli said he did not have any grudge against KCR. But politically as the Opposition, we will take on the government for its failures, he said.
He said he did take help from either the CM or any minister of the TRS Government on any particular issue.
“I am not that type of leader, who bow before the CM or other ministers for any work done”, Dayakar remarked.
“Whatever I raise or fight in the House for the cause of the people only”, he maintained.
However the TD leader maintained that they will continue the tirade against the government on farmers’ suicides and power crisis. It is the failure of the government to prevent farmers from ending their lives, he charged.
