Don't Come To Hyderabad, KCR Tells MLAs

It looks like Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, too, has followed his AP counterpart N Chandrababu Naidu, in getting a survey done on the performance of his party MLAs.

It was evident from the reports that KCR had asked the TRS MLAs not to come to Hyderabad frequently to do lobbying but be available to the people in their respective constituencies.

Apparently, KCR got the intelligence reports that the MLAs are not available to the people and are spending most of their time in Hyderabad doing lobbying and other business activities and that there is a growing disgruntlement among them on their MLAs.

The TRS president is learnt to have got the feedback that at least half of the MLAs are indulging in money making activity through land settlements and sand mafia and are least bothered about the implementation of welfare schemes in the villages. If they continue like this, the party would receive serious setback in their constituencies, the reports said.

That is the reason why KCR asked the MLAs not to come to Hyderabad. He, however, might not take immediate action against them, but would wait till the party would find alternative candidates in their constituencies, say party sources.
