Chandrababu Naidu’s announcements are creating havoc and relators are having a field day every time that a fresh announcement is made.
Even before the realty excitement in and around Thulluru has died down, it has started in Bhogapuram in Vizianagaram district of AP.
The announcement by the government that an airport will come up in Bhogapuram has land rates appreciate from Rs 3500 per square yard to Rs 4800- Rs 6000, in just a week’s time.
The irony is that the exact area in which the airport will come up is not yet earmarked. Also, if the government decided to go ahead with it plans, the airport could take four to five years to be completed, assuming that enough funds are doled out for the project.
People thinking of investing their money should exercise caution in tumultuous times like these because Naidu’s announcements are akin to a madman with a stone in his hand. You never know what he is going to do with it or who he is going to target.
