Following the stampede at Godavari pushkaralu and the allegations by opposition leaders YS Jagan and Chiranjeevi, Telugu Desam Party has strongly reacted insisting that the statements made by opposition leaders were baseless.
Speaking to media, TDP MLC Gaali Muddu Krishnamanaidu clarified that contrary to claims of opposition leaders who alleged that Chandra Babu was at the bathing ghat for 4 hours, he was there only for 1 hr and 20 mins.
Gaali also pointed out that when 5 people died during Krishna pushkaralu in the past, Jagan’s father late YS Rajasekhara Reddy had not resigned from his post.
When no CM or PM had resigned following such untoward incidents, then why demand Babu’s resignation questioned Gaali.
