Babu Caught Between Devil And Deep Sea

Master politician that KCR is, he has put his arch rival and AP counterpart Chandrababu Naidu in a fix.

KCR, who is on one hand eating into the Telugu Desam Party in Telangana region, has invited Chandrababu for the upcoming Chandi Yagam at T Chief Minister's farm house. This is an offer that Chandrababu can neither accept nor reject.

If he goes and attends the Chandi Yagam barely days after the TRS snatched his MLA Sayanna away, it sends wrong signals to the party cadre in Telangana and will show Chandrababu as a helpless politician.

If he doesn't, then KCR will have a reason to snipe at Chandrababu. He is likely to say that though he had attended Amaravathi ceremony on Chandrababu's invitation, he did not reciprocate by attending the Chandi Yagam. This would further weaken Chandrababu's case and give a moral high ground to KCR.

How can Chandrababu not go to the Chandi Yagam if the President of India is attending? If he goes, will it not further demoralise the already down and out TDP cadre in Telangana?

Chandrababu for sure is caught between the devil and the deep sea.
