Yerran Naidu family has always been loyal to the TDP for which they have always been rewarded suitably.
After the demise of Yerran Naidu, his brother Atchan Naidu and son continue to follow in his footsteps. In fact, Atchan Naidu in the Assembly is outdoing everyone when it comes to attacking YS Jagan.
While trading charges and counter charges are quite common, it is quite disturbing to see the lack of respect displayed by Atchan Naidu while addressing YS Jagan in the Assembly.
He frequently addresses YS Jagan as ‘Nuvvu’ in the House. While Jagan may be younger in age to Atchan Naidu, the latter should not look upon Jagan as an individual but as the Leader of the Opposition and give him due respect.
Emboldened by Atchan Naidu, the likes of Chintamaneni Prabhakar, Devineni Uma and Bonda Uma are following suit thereby bringing down the dignity of the House.
And one need not say anything about the JC brothers. Whatever may be their personal prejudices, the least politicians can do is to follow protocol and maintain decorum failing which the proceedings would put the conversations in a toddy shop to shame.
