Former MP M V Mysoora Reddy has become an outdated politician long ago. Not many people remember him now. He used to appear in the television channel debates and press conferences on behalf of the YSR Congress party till a few months back but after that he was nowhere to be seen.
No doubt, he is a man of intellect, but he has virtually degraded himself by making cheap comments against YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy while he was resigning from the party. Especially his breakfast-khanduwa story has boomeranged on him, as his cock-and-bull story had virtually no takers.
Now, Mysoora says he would not join any other party but would concentrate on writing books. At the same time, he did not say he was retiring from politics, thereby leaving the doors open for his political re-entry. In fact, while resigning from the Telugu Desam Party before 2014 elections, too, Mysoora said the same thing: that he would spend his rest of his life in writing books, but after the breakfast episode, he joined the YSR Congress party.
Who knows, Mysoora might come across TDP president N Chandrababu Naidu at a restaurant and share breakfast with him one day; and then say he was forcibly admitted into the TDP. Then, he would push his book-writing plan on the backburner. Even if he writes any books, will there be any readers?
