Eenadu newspaper, with its special election edition, Panchajanyam and Naidu’s sycophant, Vemuri Radhakrishna successfully managed to swing the tide of public opinion against Jagan by spewing hatred against him 24/7 day in and day out.
Jagan on the other hand had only the Sakshi network behind him. it was case of being outnumbered and had Jagan managed to enlist the comprehensive support of another Channel and newspaper in his favor, the results could have been different.
Jagan still has age on his side and nobody knows what the situation would be like tomorrow. But until then, Eenadu and ABN are going to have a field day.
