It’s the film with a blend of comedy, socio-fantasy and revenge. A set of audiences, especially children may get lured to the film than the adults.
Story

Srikanth runs a marriage bureau that serves the customers from finding an apt match to executing the marriage. In the process Shayaji Shinde, the renowned doctor in the city comes to him to find an apt match for his daughter, Deepa.

Srikanth refers to the match of Pradeep Rawat’s son, Shafi. Pradeep is an MP and hence Shayaji likes to get alliance with him. But both Pradeep Rawat and Shayaji Shinde are criminals in their own ways.

Pradeep kills Venu Madhav and Ali who try to give witness against him. In other situation, Shayaji Shinde kills Brahmanandam and Krishna Bhagawan to sell their eyes and kidneys. Four of them- Ali, Venu Madhav, Brahmanandam and Krishna Bhagwan turn as devils and wait to take revenge on their killers.

The venue of marriage for Deepa and Shafi will be fixed in a bungalow in the outskirts of the city. Devils come over there. Rest of the film is how devils spoil the show and take revenge on Pradeep Rawat and Shayaji Shinde.

Performances

The film sounds hilarious for children. The most popular ‘Crazy Frog’ song is used as an inspiration in composing a number that’s shot on an animated train. Graphics are impressive for the song showing the train flying in air.

The socio-fantasy comedy with devils sounds interesting for many and illogical for a few.

Deepa (Miss Andhra 2005) performed well to her extent. She has to groom her histrionics further. Srikanth carried out his role imposingly.

Shafi deserves a mention with his typical performance. His moustache scene brings out laughs.

Analysis:

The film is targeted on families and the response would be same in all the centers. The transmigration of devil souls in living bodies recalls the Bruce Lee- Ali scene in ‘Yamaleela’. SV Krishna Reddy’s mark is seen in a few scenes. It’s really an experimental comedy and the result of it can be known only after a week.

First half of the film is average with moderate comedy while the second half is filled with hilarity. The film jumps into climax very fast but that’s rational.

Certainly, the film cannot be termed as the best film in SVK’s career. SVK tried to blend all the ingredients like comedy, love, family story, action, thrill etc., in a single film, unlike his previous attempts. Hence it can be called a bold experiment.
