Megastar Chiranjeevi was the undisputed King of Telugu cinema until he left film industry for politics.
In eight years stint as a politician, Chiranjeevi lost the trust of Telugu people with his absurd decisions. Even few diehard fans of Chiranjeevi turned against him after he merged his party in congress.
Mega hero Chiranjeevi proved to be a zero in the political arena with his spineless attitude and cowardice.
While his younger brother Pawan Kalyan won many hearts with his daredevil attitude, Chiranjeevi lost respect as he couldn’t stand for himself let alone Telugu people. At this point Chiranjeevi is making a comeback in films.
Will Chiranjeevi get the reception he used to get before? He maybe received well by his loyal fans, but he may not command the same respect from others as he has done some irreparable damage to his personal image during his political stint.
Chiranjeevi should have got a feeler with Bruce Lee, where people didn’t even bother to watch the film in spite of Megastar coming back on screen after a hiatus. That might be the reason why Chiranjeevi is using every opportunity to grab the attention.
In this process Chiranjeevi is going overboard and boasting a lot about his comeback. ‘Self dabba’ at CineMaa awards event has irked even the diehard fans of mega clan.
Chiranjeevi did not miss out on SIIMA Awards event also. He is using every stage to keep his comeback film in news. This desperation is not helping but further damaging his image opines outsiders.
Maybe Chiru should let the film do the talking and wait until Telugu cinema lovers welcomes him back on screen.
