Even Nandamuri Bhajana Didn't Save Him

Even Nandamuri Bhajana Didn't Save Him

Nara Rohit may not have had any hits in his career so far but he has done some notable films like Banam, Pratinidhi, Solo and Asura.

Rohit stayed away from formulaic masala films all these days and has impressed a section of audience with his choice of films. Being hit-less for many years is turning out to be a burden on him.

So Rohit started to take commercial films to put an end to his flop saga. His first attempt at commercial cinema was Tuntari that ended up as a big flop.

His latest film Savitri too is aimed at the masses but it may not give the desired results going by the word of mouth. Desperate to score a hit, Rohit tried to please Nandamuri fans with the references of Nandamuri Balakrishna in Savitri.

Whole interval action episode of Savitri is targeted at Nandamuri Balakrishna fans. In Tuntari there were numerous references of Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

Looks like Rohit stopped believing in good scripts and banking upon such references to pull off a hit.

If he believes that this is a great plan to be successful then he needs to look for Plan B as Tuntari and Savitri didn’t yield the desired results.
