Drunk and Drive is a serious offence in our country. People who are caught under the influence of alcohol are punished with fine or jail sentence.
Lot of common people do think about not to drive after taking alcohol. However, most of the film stars doesn't care about this and they continue to get caught in drunk and drive cases.
Writer and director BVS Ravi was caught couple of days back and Ram Gopal Varma was also present with him in the car. Ravi's car was seized and a case was filed on him by the traffic police.
Stars like Ravi Teja, Siva Balaji, Navadeep, MS Narayana and Raghu Babu etc are the routine people whom our traffic police catch near Banjara Hills or Jubilee Hills.
Most of these cops doesn't stop them as they are celebrities but if the media people are present at the scene, then they will definitely stop and book a case on them. This has become a regular thing in Jubilee Hills and Banjara Hills areas.
