Even if it is a star kid the film industry is one place where the father has to push few strings and do some lobbying to get his kids onto track. While most of them do it, the cine folks are saying Brahmanandam has been an exception. This is in terms of pushing his son Gautham’s career.
Apparently, sources say Brahmanandam’s annual earnings are Rs 9 crores. He is working for nearly 300 days on average out of 365 days. His remuneration is 3 lakhs per day so you can do the math. It was 8 years ago Gautham’s debut happened with ‘Pallaki Lo Pellikuthuru’ which was a disaster.
Then last year he came with one more film which became a dud. According to calculation, if 10 films are made with proper planning then minimum 2 hits will come taking the 20% success formula of Tollywood.
Many filmnagar folks say Brahmi is not putting money and waiting for producers to come and take Gautham. Moreover, it is not big budgets, films can be made with just Rs 3 cr – Rs 4 cr. Due to all this, except the identity that he is Brahmi’s son nothing is happening. The point is, if Brahmi can come forward, produce 1 or 2 films starring Gautham then automatically others will come. Let us see what happens.
