Sarrainodu audio album was directly launched into the market as Allu Aravind planned to conduct a mega event in Vishakapatnam.
Although it is primarily a promotional event they called it an audio success function. In fact Allu Aravind and Allu Arjun are not happy with the music of Sarrainodu!
As per grapevine Aravind and Arjun expected a lot better album from Thaman SS, but the music director couldn’t come up with better tunes in spite of taking a lot of time.
Aravind wanted Devi Sri Prasad on board for this film as he has phenomenal record with Bunny. However DSP wasn’t keen on working with Boyapati Sreenu as he was irked by Boyapati’s comments on his music at Legend audio launch.
Therefore the job was assigned to Thaman and he has rehashed his own tunes for Sarrainodu. Even DSP’s tunes scored for Sardaar Gabbar Singh were mediocre.
Maybe Tollywood should find a new music director who could offer a bit of freshness.
