Allu Sirish has put off all his movies that were in the pipeline aside and is now planning a big movie. He also stopped the production of his current film that was launched couple of months ago.
Before the release of “Srirastu Subhamastu”, he launched a movie in the direction of newcomer MVN Reddy with Mehreen as heroine. But he officially declared that he is not doing the movie now.
Grapevine in the industry is that Allu Sirish is now planning movies with established directors. With the success of “Srirastu Subhamastu”, he reportedly started believing that he has arrived as a star on the Tollywood scene.
He believes that this time he needs another solid hit to strengthen his career. So he dropped off all the movies with new directors or struggling filmmakers that he has been making discussions with them. Some are also commenting that he has already started behaving like a “star”.
Poor directors who have waited for months at Geetha Arts office in the hope of getting a break are now looking for other avenues.
