With byelections round the corner and another one year to go for general elections, Chief Minster Y S Rajasekhar Reddy is taking out yet another master promise from his kitty to woo the electorate.

This time, he is contemplating waiver of all power bill arrears of domestic power consumers. Though the election code of conduct is in force right now, Power Minister Md Ali Shabbir announced that the government is thinking of waiving domestic power bill arrears.

So, there is nothing for other political parties to announce. In fact, TD was planning to make this announcement, but somehow, it got leaked to the ruling party. Hats off YSR!!
