Blasting out at the VIP culture, an angry woman doctor shouted at Alphons Kannanthanam on Wednesday at Imphal airport over flight delay.
The doctor was on her way to treat a patient in critical condition but her flight was allegedly delayed because of the minister's arrival at the airport.
All efforts of Kannanthanam to pacify the irate passenger fails and she is seen asking him to give it in writing that such delays will not happen again.
Kannanthanam could also be heard saying that he has no authority to give it in writing.
