Dallas, TX: ITServe Alliance hosts key diplomats and delegates during April 2015 monthly meet.
ITServe Alliance is an association of IT Services organizations. The alliance is dedicated to providing its member organizations with a platform to collaborate and initiate measures that would contribute to protecting their interests and ensuring collective success.
The esteemed speaker of the month was Dr. W. Michael Cox. Dr. Cox is formerly Chief Economist and Senior Vice President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, where he served for 25 years advising the President on monetary and other economic policies.
He holds the unique distinction of being the Federal Reserve System's only Chief Economist in history. During the IT Serve monthly he spoke and presented about “Six Economic Themes for Today”.
Speaking on this occasion, Sudhakar Pennam, President, IT Serve Alliance said, “IT Serve’s focus has been to bring industry and business thought leaders to provide strategic insights to all its members. This meet up today is in line with our vision to strengthen our relationship with business luminaries. The session by Dr.Cox was not only very insightful but also helped us get an idea of where the whole economic growth is heading”.
ITServe also hosted Sara Wilshaw Consul General of Canada Consulate General of Canada. Her talk was very insightful and gave an understanding on advantages of starting a business in Canada. She also touched upon few sensitive topics on immigration laws, business establishment laws etc.
As a follow-up event to the monthly meet the executive team of ITServe Alliance also met with Consul General Harish Parvathaneni from the Consulate General of India, Houston. Mr. Harish Parvathaneni explained Government of India initiatives in supporting businesses operating from India and here in US. ITServe presented case to work in diplomatic channel to help ease h1-b regulations.
It was a dinner event attended by all the key executives of IT Serve and was an opportunity to get detailed insights on strategic initiatives that will further strengthen all the companies and owners of the companies of IT Serve Alliance.
ITServe also conducted a conference call as part of its awareness program about recent decision from AAO office about H1B Amendment. Sudhakar Pennam, Satish Manduva moderated event and call attended by Rebecca, Sofia and Rahul Reddy from Reddy & Neumann PC. This call was to get the latest update and current bottlenecks on H1B Amendment.
