Dallas Area Telangna Association (DATA) wishes to extend a warm invitation to one and all to celebrate Bathukamma & Dasara Panduga at Plano Amphitheater on Saturday, 28th September. Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha is the chief guest of honor and will be leading the Bathukamma festivities.
The event will show case a colorful Bathukamma panduga with Aadapadachulu dancing & singing to melodies ‘Bathukamma Bathukamma Uyallo’ songs while praying to Goddess ‘Gowramma’. After Bathukamma nimajjanam, Dasara panduga will be celebrated to signify victory over evil with Jammi procession and Dasara Puja.
The evening Dhoom Dham cultural entertainment will be led by folk legend Goreti Venkanna & Rela Relare fame folk singer Ravi. Cine lyricist Chadra Bose will be here to entertain the audience with his popular folk cine songs.
Local talent will bring excitement to the evening with their performance to the beats of Telangana folk galore & Teenmar songs. Various vendor & food booths will be available besides the gala entertainment and celebration of Paduga
