Dallas Telugu community awaits Swarabhishekam concert

The musical saga continues with Dallas, TX being the epicenter. Telugu Association of North Texas (TANTEX) which has been in existence for 29 years is presenting the magnanimous event of the year!

Swarabhishekam which continues to grab the attention of the musical lovers has gone global. Presenting a unique concept of the lifecycle of a song the birth and journey is then relayed to the audience, thus fulfilling the desire to know what happens behind the scenes.

And the journey is relayed by none other than Padmabhushan Dr. S.P. Balasubramanyam who holds the Guinness book of world record for rendering the highest number of songs by an individual.

Ecstatic over presenting the event Dr. Narasimha Reddy Urimindi, President of TANTEX mentioned such a massive musical undertaking seldom happens in Dallas and recalled he is fortunate to have Dr. S.P. Balasubramanyam coming in town.

He said all the preliminary arrangements are complete including booking of state of the art facility, Allen Events Center.

The center accommodates over 4600 audience with musical reverberation that will last a lifetime! Joining hands with him are TANTEX Board of Trustees Chair Ajay Reddy, Co-Chair Sugan Chagarlamudi, TANTEX President-Elect Subramanyam Jonnalagadda, Vice-President Krishna Reddy Uppalapati and a host of TANTEX Governing Board members, Volunteers and musical enthusiasts.

The event is bound to captivate as Dr. S.P. Balasubramanyam is joined by other musical dignitaries, singers Mano, Sunitha, S.P. Charan, Hemachandra, Malavika, Geeta Madhuri, Sravana Bhargavi and a live band of over 20 musicians.

The show will be recorded and relayed in a popular Telugu channel ranging between 4-5 episodes. With over 50 sponsors and over 30 vendors coming forward to sponsor the event, it only proves the rise of Telugu musical kingdom in Dallas outside the Telugu speaking states.

TANTEX which has been the torchbearer in community services and forefront in preserving, perpetuating Telugu language and literature is presenting Swarabhishekam concert in Dallas, TX.
