One of the much sought after cricketers after Virat Kohli probably is Rohit Sharma. After a string of actresses were linked to him, Rohit Sharma broke quite a few hearts when he announced his engagement with his best friend and girlfriend Ritika Sajdeh.
Now, he has bought a sprawling 6,200 square foot, 4 bedroom apartment on the 29th floor of a plush Worli building that offers a breathtaking view of the Arabian Sea with a 270-degree view.
Talk is that the apartment comes at a cost of Rs 30 crores and that the building is ready for possession and the necessary paperwork has already been done.
Bunty Sajdeh, the company that manages the affairs of Rohit Sharma revealed that the cricketer has been on the lookout for a house for quite some time and adds that the location of the apartment is simply perfect for Sharma’s lifestyle which has to do with training and travelling.
Apparently, the 53-storey building comes has been designed by a top architecture firm from Singapore and it boasts of an on-demand chef, business area, swimming pool, snooker room, yoga room, spa and other fancy facilities.
Sajdeh says the fact that the apartment is two minutes away from the sea link is an additional plus to the cricketer and his bride-to-be.
