Black Money has become hot topic across the nation. We are hearing news that Indian Government got the details from Swiss Bank regarding the account holders from India.
However, Supreme Court has strictly ordered the Government not to leak that information and the details should be submitted before the court.
As per the latest reports, Indian Government is trying to get a fresh list of 8,000 accounts of our people from Germany, but there might be a delay in the process, as concerns were raised that it might violate the confidential clauses and tax treaties with foreign nations.
Neither Congress nor any other party dared to bring back black money and ironically MPs and MLAs of Congress Party are also talking against this black money account holders.
As of now, Supreme Court has decided not to release the names of Indian Swiss Bank account holders.
